These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BEYOND website, operated by BEYOND Events ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What this website is

This website publishes information about upcoming events — including descriptions, schedules, venues or online formats, organisers and confirmed prices — and lets you send us enquiries. Online booking, seat selection, customer accounts and payments are not offered on this website at this time. Any page that suggests otherwise is an error; please report it to us.

2. Event information

• We take care to keep event details accurate, but details may change. The event's detail page and the organiser's confirmation are the authoritative sources.
• Prices shown are starting prices where confirmed. Fees, inclusions and exclusions are described per event.
• Sample or demonstration content, where present, is clearly labelled and is not a real event.
• We do not guarantee seat availability. No seat is reserved for you until a booking is confirmed through a process we explicitly publish in the future.

3. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the contact form or emailing us creates an enquiry only. It does not confirm a booking, reserve a seat, or hold a price. We will respond we usually respond within 1 business day..

4. Entry, age and attendee responsibilities

• Entry rules, age limits and ID requirements are set per event and published on the event's detail page.
• Attendees are responsible for arriving on time, following venue and organiser instructions, and behaving respectfully toward staff, performers and other attendees.
• The organiser may refuse entry or remove attendees who breach event rules, behave unsafely or disrupt the event, without compensation beyond what the Refund & Cancellation Policy provides.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for minors in their care at all times.

5. Event changes, cancellation and postponement

Events may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled by the organiser for reasons including safety, weather, venue issues or low participation. Where we are notified in time, we will update the event page. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens to payments in these cases once booking is available.

6. Fees, complaints and support

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false, abusive or unlawful content through our forms.

The website's design, text and branding belong to us or our licensors. Event images and descriptions remain the property of their respective organisers and are shown for information only.

Events themselves are the responsibility of their organisers; venue safety, programming and delivery are provided by the organiser, not by this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion with our support team, and otherwise fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at our business address.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website evolves — in particular when online booking launches. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
