Event / Attendance Policy

Effective 11 October 2026 ยท Last updated 11 October 2026

Current status: ticketing is not currently available on this website. The rules below apply when booking opens and events are attended. Always check the individual event page, which takes precedence for that event.

1. Tickets and confirmation

When booking is live, each confirmed booking will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Bring the confirmation (on your phone or printed) along with a matching photo ID to the event. Entry is granted per the ticket category purchased; tickets are valid only for the event, date and session stated on them.

2. Entry and check-in

  • Check-in opens at the time stated on the event page and may involve ID verification and bag checks.
  • The name on the ticket should match the attendee's photo ID. If you are attending on someone else's booking, bring written authorisation and a copy of their ID.
  • Tickets may not be resold above face value. The organiser may cancel resold tickets obtained through unauthorised channels.

3. Arrival time and late entry

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the published start time.
  • Late entry is at the organiser's discretion. For performances and workshops, latecomers may be held until a suitable break in the programme.
  • Entry may close after the first 30 minutes of an event; late arrivals after that point may be refused entry without a refund.

4. ID and age rules

  • Carry a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, driving licence, passport or voter ID). Student IDs are accepted for student ticket categories along with a government ID.
  • Age limits are published per event. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless the event page says otherwise.
  • Where alcohol is served, it is served strictly as per the applicable law of the event's state (including Maharashtra's legal drinking age). Event staff may check ID at alcohol service points and refuse service in accordance with the law. Please drink responsibly.

5. Venue rules

  • Follow all venue instructions, including seating plans, no-smoking areas and restricted zones.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless the event page states otherwise.
  • Professional cameras, audio recorders and drones require prior written permission from the organiser.
  • Prohibited items include weapons, flammable materials, illegal substances and anything the venue reasonably considers unsafe.

6. Online access

  • For online events, the access link is sent to the registered email address before the event. Do not share your link; each link admits one attendee unless stated otherwise.
  • Join from a device with a stable internet connection, and log in 5โ€“10 minutes early.
  • Recording, screenshots or redistribution of online sessions is not permitted without the organiser's written consent.

7. Code of conduct

Harassment, hate speech, unsafe behaviour and disruption of the event are not tolerated. Anyone violating this code may be removed without a refund and, where appropriate, reported to the authorities.

8. Accessibility

If you have accessibility requirements, contact us at least 72 hours before the event at beyondevents1806@gmail.com so we can coordinate with the organiser and venue.

9. Rescheduling and organiser changes

If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. If the organiser changes, the new organiser honours all confirmed bookings under these same policies. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund rights in these situations.

10. Photography and media

Organisers may photograph or record events for documentation and promotion. By attending, you consent to incidental inclusion in such media. If you prefer not to be featured prominently, inform the event staff on arrival.
