Events & discovery

How do I find events?

Open the Events page to browse everything we have published. Each card shows the title, date, location or online format, and starting price. Open any event for full details.

Are the events on this site genuine?

Yes. We only publish events with real titles, descriptions, schedules and organisers. Anything that is sample or demonstration content is clearly labelled and will be replaced before launch.

What types of events do you list?

We list concerts and performances, conferences, workshops, online sessions and community gatherings. Each event page describes exactly what is included and any entry requirements.

Booking & tickets

Can I book tickets online right now?

Not yet. Online booking and payments are intentionally not available in this first phase of the website. You can browse events and send us an enquiry; we will publish booking details here once they are ready.

How do I enquire about an event?

Open the event page and choose "Enquire about this event", or go to the Contact page and mention the event name in the subject. Our team will respond within one business day.

Does an enquiry confirm my booking?

No. An enquiry is only a request for information. Nothing is reserved or confirmed until a booking process we explicitly publish is completed.

How will I know when online booking opens?

The booking notice on this website will be updated, and every event page will show a real booking option. There will be no surprise checkout — the site always states what is currently available.

Pricing & payments

Why do some events show no price?

We only show prices that the organiser has confirmed. If a price is not final, the event page says so honestly instead of showing a made-up number.

What payment methods will you accept?

Payment methods will be announced when booking goes live. We will never ask for card details, UPI PINs or one-time passwords by email, phone or contact form.

What is the refund policy?

Paid tickets are refundable under the rules in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — including full refunds for organiser cancellations and tiered refunds for customer cancellations. Please read the full policy before purchasing.

Attending an event

What should I bring to an event?

Bring your booking confirmation and a matching government photo ID. Check the event page for anything specific, such as arrival time, age limits or materials for workshops.

What if I arrive late?

Late entry is at the organiser’s discretion. For performances and workshops you may be held until a suitable break. Entry may close 30 minutes after the start, so please arrive early.

How do online events work?

For online events the access link is emailed to registered attendees before the session. Join 5–10 minutes early from a device with a stable connection. Links admit one attendee unless stated otherwise.

I have accessibility requirements. What should I do?

Contact us at least 72 hours before the event so we can coordinate with the organiser and venue. Many venues offer step-free access and reserved seating on request.

Changes & support

What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?

Existing tickets remain valid for the new date if an event is postponed. Cancelled events are refunded in full. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for exact rules and timelines.

How do I contact support?

Email us or call during support hours — both are listed in the footer of every page and on the Contact page. For privacy-related requests, email us from the address you originally used.

Can't find your answer?
